Direct Link USA is a fully owned subsidiary of PostNord. We have been active helping US companies with their worldwide delivery needs since 1986. Our offer to e-commerce companies in the USA are delivery friendly solutions direct to their online consumers’ in over 200 countries. In the US we are operating from our three main processing hubs based in New Jersey, Chicago, and Los Angeles. Total number of employees are about 70 in the US. Globally Direct Link is represented on key e-commerce markets including China, Hong Kong, Singapore, Australia, United Kingdom, Germany, and Poland.

- Business development including prospecting new business through targeted sales activities including onsite meetings, phone, trade shows, and email
- Scheduling meetings with new prospects and building your own customer base
- Developing significant customer relationships with focus on decision makers within the executive level
- Build own pipeline and close own deals
- Obtain a thorough understanding of customer’s and their customers’ needs, business processes, challenges and requirements
- Prepare and conduct presentations providing customized solutions, resolution of issues and solidifying partnership
- Onboarding of new customers, and assuring customers access the right delivery service for their global delivery needs
- Handle customer inquiries effectively and promptly
- Structure and lead the integration process with customers
- Prepare and conduct presentations providing customized solutions, resolution of issues and solidifying partnership
- Update all activities in CRM System – pipedrive
- Managing new clients and providing strong customer service
- Stay up to date on current trends in global e-commerce

• Positive attitude to serve our customers and their customers’ the global online consumer
• Have a proven track record of proactivity and love helping customers
• Strong attention to detail and excellent follow-up skills are critical
• Demonstrate the ability to work on your own initiative, and be comfortable in all sales responsibilities
• Disciplined and dedicated meeting deadlines externally and internally
• Ability to communicate and negotiate effectively
• Problem solver and interest in IT
• Strong Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially in Excel) and CRM systems
• Ability to communicate effectively via phone, video, email, and directly to customers in meetings
• University degree
