Job Description
Outpost24 is expanding the sales team in North America and we are now looking for a talented and passionate inside Sales Development Trainee to join our team in Naperville, IL. We are seeking a person with high energy who will drive lead generation, qualification and management to develop opportunities nationally. This position requires that you communicate effectively and persuasively to a high volume of Information Security and Application Development Professionals throughout the workday. This is an opportunity to significantly impact and expand a great international company into the US market, build your enterprise sales career.
What you will be doing
· Profile potential prospects and develop leads for Outpost24's solutions
· Cold calling and social selling into companies to identify and develop opportunities for Outpost24 solutions.
· Conduct in-bound and out-bound campaign calling activities to business prospects in assigned territory.
· Contact, qualify, and manage marketing leads from demand generation activities.
· Development of opportunities, accounts and territories in support of Regional Sales Director.
· Assist Regional Sales Director and Key Account Managers to develop opportunities in target companies.
· Collaborate with Regional Sales Director and Key Account Managers to maximize prospect potential.

Required Skills
Who we are looking for:
We prefer that you have knowledge of information security and have experience with Contact Database solutions such as RainKing or DiscoverOrg. We are looking for someone who is a team player with a can-do attitude, and you need to be fluent in English as this is the corporate language. Swedish language skills are a plus. We'd prefer that you have experience in the high-tech industry with a focus on software sales and have experience with Salesforce. College Degree is preferred.
