Ecommerce Operations Specialist

We are searching for an Ecommerce Assistant with experience of Ecommerce or Retail and preferably of trading the Amazon channels. If you are the right candidate with the right mind-set and drive – we will train you on the Amazon toolset. This is a great opportunity to grow into becoming an Ecommerce specialist.

Alongside strong analytical skills, you are accurate and methodical. You are a bright, independent thinker, who isn’t afraid to make decisions. You stay with projects until they are completed and you enjoy being organized.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the daily management of our Amazon sales channels. You will be responsible for our extensive product portfolio online and you will also be working to ensure that all data records are accurate and as up to date as possible.

You will also be involved in customer communication and managing reviews, as well as marketing and inventory management.

• Ownership of product presentation on Amazon and other marketplaces in interaction with Product Managers and Marketing
• Inventory management and triggering inventory orders for replenishment and returns.
• Ensure product content is uploaded and is accurate to all European Amazon marketplaces.
• Interaction with EMEA countries in translating and proof reading product content
• Central point for customer Q&A and review feedback
• Support in monitoring inventory/price/stock
• Regular support within the Ecommerce team for ongoing developments and projects
• Monitoring and following up on shipments and returns.
• Ensure that the Amazon Forecast is collated and recorded

• You should be ambitious and driven. In the fast paced world of Ecommerce, you often need to act as a problem solver
• This role is ideal for someone who has proven experience in administration and is looking to progress their career in the Ecommerce space
• Ability to resolve customer queries promptly, resonating the brand’s tone of voice
• You must have the ability to work proactively in a fast paced, dynamic and challenging environment
• Methodical, organized and accurate
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Swedish and English
• Computer literate with intermediate skills in Word, Excel and Powerpoint
• Knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central advantageous, but not essential
