Arbetsuppgifter
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
As an Operation Associate, you will work both independently and together with your colleagues. You will work in a global environment and be in contact with both people and systems located all over the world.
There will be an on-call duty in this position.


Kvalifikationer
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
You have a technical degree or work experience in system support and good knowledge of different kinds of OS environments. We are looking for someone who is a team player but can also work independently.
We believe you have a genuine interest in learning new technology and are open, service minded and communicative. You're also a driven person that works in a structured way.

MUST HAVE SKILLS:
- Very good of knowledge TCP/IP.
- Fluency in English
- Proficient knowledge of operating system administrative concepts.
- Have some exposure to delivering IT focused projects
- Identify improvement areas and lead/support in implementation projects
- Strong problem solving skills, with a "get things done" attitude
- Able to act on initiative, identify opportunities & proactive in putting forward ideas & solutions
- Adapt successfully to changing situations & environments
- Well-organized, efficient and self-motivated, interpersonal skills including the ability to interact well with a variety of personalities, organizational levels.

DESIRABLE SKILLS:
- Fluency in other European languages
- Experience from working in a truly global environment with Incident, Problem, Change and Request processes.
- Experience from Excel
